Job Description
An exciting new opportunity as Senior Test Engineer has arisen with our Bristol based client. The role will suit someone with exposure to automated testing frameworks but also someone who is happy with manual testing.
The role will be a mixture of remote working from home with occasional visits to the central office in Bristol. You’ll be working as part of a fast paced team in a relaxed working environment. Multiple office perks and opportunities to events (when the current climate allows).
Your daily duties will include
• Creating and maintaining scalable and robust test automation framework/s
• Designing and implementing API and back end service automation tests, as well as JavaScript web automation tests
• Integrating test automation into the CI/CD pipeline
• Defect and issue tracking management
• Working with the Scrum teams to improve the QA process
• Mentoring the wider development and quality engineering team around the tools and frameworks you create
