Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation with offices throughout the UK.

The Head of Products will work on a strategic level to develop the vision and direction of the Product portfolio and drive its success. The ideal candidate for this role will have Senior level experience in product management, ideally within financial services or another regulated market. You will need to have experience of managing teams and have the enthusiasm and energy to drive the business.

Requirements:

  • Effectively manage and develop a team of Product Managers to deliver results
  • Develop an effective product strategy through understanding trends of the market place
  • Lead the development of market share
  • Develop, deliver and monitor products to ensure the range meets customer needs
  • Work with Marketing and Propositions team to ensure products are developed and communicated in the appropriate way
  • Own the P&L for the product portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

£70,000 – £80,000 plus package
