Principal Consultant – .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL
A fantastic opportunity with a leading consultancy. We are working with a leading consultancy company in the UK who are currently searching for talented and ambitious Solutions Architect to join their team in Bristol.
As a Principal Consultant you need a real creative passion for technology. You need to be comfortable developing and most importantly delivering and managing successful enterprise technology solutions using Microsoft technologies.
Desirable expertise
*Preference will be given to candidates with a current MCSD or MCPD qualification in Web or Windows development.
*Experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies.
*Understand the strategic impact of decisions, specifically regarding vendor selection and pricing on solutions.
*Understand the concepts and technologies behind NoSQL based technologies such as MongoDB, Amazon SimpleDB and the use of Azure Table storage.
*Have experience of integration with 3rd party vendors, and collaborating with other agencies and consultancies.
*Have an understanding of non-Microsoft technologies and frameworks, i.e. J2EE, Oracle, MySQL, etc.
